Social Reach Co is Jason Tello and LuzMarie Garcia. Based in Katy, Texas, we work with businesses across Houston and Fort Bend County that need a website to do real commercial work — not just look current.

Your questions, answered
How long does a website project take?
Most projects run four to eight weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on page count and how quickly content and feedback come back. Larger builds with e-commerce or custom integrations take longer, and we'll give you a dated schedule before we start.
What platform do you use, and why?
We build our custom business websites on Webflow. Webflow is a professional website platform that combines the design and the hosting in one place — we design and build the site visually, then publish it to Webflow's hosting, and you get a simple editor for the parts you want to change yourself.
It suits how we work for three reasons: we can design without being boxed in by a template, the pages it produces load quickly, and it is efficient for our team to maintain after launch. For online stores we use Shopify, which is built for selling and handles products, checkout and payments. Who writes the copy?
We do, working from a strategy session with you. If you already have copy you're happy with, we'll work with it and only flag what's costing you conversions.
What happens after launch?
You get a site your team can edit. Most clients also stay on one of our hosting and maintenance plans, which cover the site being hosted, kept up to date and supported, with updates handled by us according to the plan. Details are on Hosting & Maintenance and Post-Launch.
How do we get started?
Tell us about your business on the Start Your Project form. We'll come back to you with a scope, a timeline and a number before any work begins.
How much does a website cost?
Our project starting rates are $2,497 for a Starter Site, $3,997 for a Performance Site, and $6,997 for an Advanced Site. Each is a starting rate — final pricing depends on scope. More details are on our pricing page.
Are there ongoing hosting and maintenance costs?
Yes. There are two separate things. The build itself is a one-time project fee, quoted from the starting rates above. Keeping the site live and looked after is an ongoing hosting and maintenance subscription, billed separately.
That subscription covers hosting, keeping the site and its integrations current, and a route to us when something needs changing — updates are handled by our team according to the plan you're on rather than being open-ended. Current plans, prices and terms are on Hosting & Maintenance.
What's included in each tier?
The Starter Site covers 5–10 custom-designed pages with foundational SEO and analytics. The Performance Site covers 11–25 pages with CMS setup and optional lead capture with CRM routing. The Advanced Site covers unlimited pages with optional e-commerce, membership or gated content, and custom integrations. See the full breakdown.
Is the starting rate the final price?
No — it's where each tier starts. We quote the project once we understand the scope: page count, functionality, content and integrations. You get the number before we begin.

Do you have experience in my industry?

How do you adapt a site to a specific audience?
A luxury real estate buyer and someone looking for a tax preparer are making very different decisions, so the sites can't be the same. We work out what your buyers need to see before they'll get in touch, then set the structure, the copy and the design around that. The two sites end up looking and reading differently on purpose.

Do you work with businesses outside Houston?
Yes. We're based in Katy and most of our clients are in the Houston area, but we've built for clients across the US and internationally.
How does working together remotely work?
The same way it works locally. Kickoff and review happen on scheduled calls, work in progress is shared as a live link you can click through, and feedback comes back in writing. The two of us are on every project, so you're never handed to someone you haven't met.
